They do not ask you if you would like a room away from the pool. The rooms by the pool are very noisy until they close. People should be asked, when we arrived all we wanted to do was relax but we could not until the pool closed.
The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and provided directions to places in and around regina.
The restaurant within the hotel was only opened till 10:00 pm it would have been nice if it was opened till 11:00 pm for at least beverages and small food items i.e. appetizers or dessert like foods.
The staff is always friendly and very nice to deal with.
I booked online and the hotel charged my credit card prior to my stay. Also this is the first time that the bedding was dirty. Someone tried to get in the room during the night.
during the busiest time (the early evening 8PM) the hot tub was closed
excellent restaurant attached... nice lobby..
the hallways were dinky...needs some decorating and paint... the hide a bed in our room is totally worn out the carpet is dingy and dirty once u got by the front enterance it went down hill
First floor rooms have direct access to the large pool area.
the staff are friendly, helpful and resourceful.
the heaters in the rooms could use updating
The location was good & the staff were friendly.
We had a pool-side room. The rooms are not very sound-proof and the noise from the pool was very loud.
Check in was fast, friendly and very professional! A loud bad mouthed guest came in and used the four letter word - lady at the desk checking us in handled him very well!
Room was cold when I arrived. Stat was set at 16! Bathroom cabinet panels, had nails protruding from them. Table in room too small.
I stayed at the Best Western because I had an exam that was being facilitated there in the morning. I requested a late check out so that I wouldn't have to rush through the exam and my husband could relax. Instead, I was given a locker and my husband had to sit in the lobby for 2 hours after check out time. I was told that a big group was coming in and I couldn't have a 1:30 check out instead of 11:30.
The temperature of the pool water was actually very warm, a nice change
The only thing I liked about this hotel was the pool. And even there, the stairs to get to the slide are rusty and in very poor maintance.
The staff were not welcoming, but rather rude when I inquired about a room on a different floor. I forgot some stuff in the hotel and they promised to call me back but I have not heard back. The bathroom light is too dim at first and brigthens over time, leaving one in the dark initially. Maintance of this hotel is very poor. I would only recommend this hotel to those who want to use their pool and slide. The rest is very mediocre, including some of the front staff. The cleaning ladies were very warm.
Warm pool, comfy beds
Uncleanliness of pool, poor service in restaurant
Beds were comfortable and swimming pool was amazing.
